Compelled Physical-Mental Examinations

Governed by Rule 35.

  • These are very invasive.
    • They force a party to go to an independent doctor and submit themself to a mental/physical examination.
    • The Rule here is weird because it has to be weird; how does it deal with this?
      • This tool requires that you ask the Court for permission to do this.
